Biography
The Band started to work in 1995, under the name Punk It Up. In this period, different music trends intertwined, but the base was punk-rock. Band constantly tends to sharp and hard music inclining to psychedelic. This period indefinite, being marked with permanent recognising of oneself. In 1997. there was a studdent interruption of work, wich us needed, which meant the end of the group Punk It Up. The same year, after serious talks, we reunited again under the name Fancy Frogs keeping on in post-punk phase, slowly crystalizing its music towards dark-rock and gothic. The approach to music is more serious now, with much more self-confidence. Band tends to show its emotions in harmony, with moments of fear, hope, love and growing up, intertwining. As soon as 1999 we take part at compilation of Pancevo bands PAROLLA, with our first recording. The compilation itself is of great importance for us. At last, in 2001 the conditions are met for us to enter the studio. Our work on the first album "Tones of Love and Hope" lasted the whole year bringing the Band much experience in music and many other senses. At present, we are finishing up our second album, "Son of Earth", which is expected to appear in the middle of February, 2008.
